Drawing with circles
Draw a single closed line in the box. Then a chain of circles, each spinning at its own steady speed and fastened to the edge of the one before, will trace your drawing back.
Try sliding the number of circles down to 1, 2 or 3. One circle gives you a plain circle. A handful give you a rough blob that already has your drawing's general shape. Every circle you add fixes a smaller detail. Sharp corners need the most circles, because each corner needs lots of tiny, fast ones to get it right.
Any closed shape you can draw is just circles going around circles. Your squiggle is a sum of steady rotations.
